Yufeng Intelligence Case introduction of GSP automated library establishment project in the pharmaceutical industry:
This project is located in a pharmaceutical company in Hubei Province, which plans to build a GSP warehouse automated stereoscopic warehouse to realize automatic warehousing, storage, automatic outbound and information management of packaging stamping, so as to reduce storage costs and achieve safe operation.
The project is designed with four functional areas: packaging area, robot stamping area, automatic warehouse area, warehouse front area. The overall design of three-dimensional warehouse should consider small space occupation, overall compactness, economy, and meet the needs of customers to visit the automated demonstration.

Operating environment: - 10~45 ℃, relative humidity 20% - 85% (no condensate)
Operation mode: the operators are planned to work in two shifts, each working for 10 hours; Finished products are warehoused for 20 hours, and finished products are warehoused for 16 hours
Daily flow of warehouse: 3 to 6 pieces of workshop products per minute go through the box conveyor line, and the robot automatically stamps them into the warehouse. The warehousing speed is ≥ 20 plates/hour.
Pallet cargo size: 1200mm * l000mm * 0470) mm (length * width * height) cargo shall not exceed the pallet
Cargo weight: 800Kg. Maximum 19 kg per box
