This project is an intelligent three-dimensional storage system built by Yufeng Intelligent for a state-owned listed enterprise, which is a "turnkey" project. It adopts the current domestic advanced warehousing technology, breaks through the planarization mode of the traditional warehouse, makes full use of the vertical space, and the incoming and outgoing regulated goods are all completed by the double deep stacker. Through industrial automation control and combined with computer information, monitoring management, it realizes the automatic functions of parts warehousing, transportation, turnover, management, etc. Combined with ERP and MES, it can truly realize real-time visualization of material dynamic data, automatic access to materials, and orderly distribution of materials.

The project adopts the double deep position stacker independently developed by Yufeng Intelligent,Double row parallel shelves are equipped on the left and right sides. Each storage shelf can store more than double the number of pallets. Its use not only reduces the floor area of the roadway, but also reduces the number of stackers. Under the same area, the ground utilization rate and access efficiency are greatly improved, and considerable initial investment can be saved for users.

①Improve the use efficiency of space, use double deep cargo space layout, reduce the floor area and look beautiful, do not interfere with the safe passage, realize high-density automatic access, and the storage capacity per unit area is 5~10 times that of ordinary warehouses.

②Realize intelligent management through WMS system, achieve data corresponding to goods, reduce inventory backlog, and save manpower.

③The process flow fully considers the characteristics of parts circulation and traditional working habits, and improves the system processing capacity through reasonable layout and simple and smooth process.

④Automatic location allocation, flexible dynamic allocation and intelligent picking break through the storage limitation of traditional warehouse parts and facilitate the accurate management of inventory items.

⑤The "goods to people" mode of the integrated logistics system has greatly accelerated the operation speed and improved the operation efficiency. It only takes 8 hours to process the distribution volume that was originally completed in 24 hours, which greatly improves the storage and distribution efficiency.
