Yufeng's team planned the optimal driving route according to the overall layout of the project site, and deployed 2 laser SLAM navigation stacking AGVs, 3 laser navigation scissor-fork AGVs, 2 magnetic navigation piggyback jack-up AGVs, 1 magnetic navigation piggyback roller-type AGV, use AGV and scheduling system (WCS, AGVS), WMS to realize indoor and outdoor hybrid intelligent transfer of materials, indoor access, blank storage, finished products The automation of processes such as warehousing and empty material box return has completed the barrier-free automatic transportation of logistics between the three workshops, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers.
Fabric warehouse warehousing: PDA scans the code to release the warehousing task, WMS assigns the task, and the stacking AGV will move the fabric to the warehousing point.
Fabric warehouse outbound: When outbound is required, WMS obtains ERP outbound document information to generate outbound tasks, and sends out outbound tasks to the scheduling system, and the scheduling system controls the stacking AGV to execute outbound operations.

Finished product warehousing: For finished products that meet the warehousing standards, the PDA scans the box code and sends out the task. The finished material box is transported to the conveyor line through the jack-up AGV and roller-type AGV, and the hoist sends the finished material box to the conveyor line. Building No. 6 passes through the second floor of Warehouse No. 5 and arrives at Warehouse No. 4. The scissor-fork AGV in Warehouse No. 4 picks up and transports the finished product boxes and transports them to the finished product warehouse.

Finished product delivery: The scissor-fork AGV transports the goods to the No. 4 conveyor line, passes through the corridor conveyor line between the No. 3 and No. 4 warehouses, and reaches the No. 3 finished product delivery area.
